Love
Some say love is foolish, a waste of time. But I think it's something special. I think it's something true and if I were to describe it in one word... I'd say love is you!
Someone asked me once, "Have you ever been in love?"... and it made me stop and think. Then I smiled because I was thinking of you.
I may not have shown you the real love in the way that you wanted me to, but I am more than happy to love you in the way I understood what love is.
The best part of loving is not wishing that the person loves you as much as you do but in feeling that you love the person far more than you thought you could.
It's hard to live alone. It's harder to choose someone you could love. But the hardest part of living is to admit that you have fallen
in love with someone you didn't mean to love love from the start.
There would come a time when we have to stop loving someone not because that person has started hating us but because we found out that they'd be happier if we let them go.
When you fall in love, there's always the risk of getting hurt. Love is restless, love's a flirt. Love has places to go and people to hurt.
Don't find love, let love find you. That's why it's called falling in love coz you don't force yourself to fall, you just fall.
Would you go for someone who loves you but for you he's only a friend or would you rather go for someone you love but for him your only a friend?
A guy and a girl can be "just friends" but one point or another, one of them will fall for the other, maybe temporarily, maybe at the wrong time, maybe too late or maybe, just maybe forever...
A bell ain't a bell unless you ring it. A song ain't a song unless you sing it. Love in your heart wasn't placed there to stay. Love is not love unless you give it away.
Loving is not how you forget but how you forgive, not how you listen but how you understand, not what you see but what you feel and not how you let go but how you hold on!
Letting go of someone dear to you is hard but holding on to someone who doesn't even feel the same is much harder. Giving up doesn't mean you're weak. It only means that you're strong enough to let go.
We can't gain if we don't let go, for there is no love without tears, there is no happiness without sacrifice and there is no forever without goodbyes.
If you love someone, set him free. If he comes back, he's yours. If he doesn't, he never was.
When confused about love, follow your heart. It may not always be right but you will have memories that will make you smile and say:
"Sh*t... nagkamali na naman ako..."
It really hurts to love someone who doesn't give you the time of day, but what will hurt more is when you realize that someone that you don't give the time of day loved you and gave it up coz you loved someone else.
Love is a contradiction. It's hard to find but easy to lose, makes you feel good but hurts you so bad, opens your eyes but makes you blind, fills up your heart then tears it apart.
Love is like air. You never know it's there until you feel it and you never know it's gone until you need it.
